"Anne Groh Bechman’s State Farm office has been working with our family for years with multiple policies. The staff are so consistently friendly, knowledgable, and proficient that it is easy to take them for granted. This morning I had several questions and also wanted to oay a bill. Zoe Miller didn’t miss a beat. She pulled up info for me on multiple accounts, got me enrolled in auto pay, and gave me other helpful suggestions. She did a great job for me this morning.
